Q: Will using a recycled cartridge void my warranty?
A: Absolutely not! Consumers are sometimes told by OEM support and sales personnel that the use of remanufactured or compatible supplies may "void your warranty" or "violate the terms of a service contract". THIS IS NOT TRUE, AND IT MAY BE A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL TRADE LAWS IF ENFORCED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
According to Federal Law 93-637, January 4, 1975, Section 102, Part C (Sherman & Clayton Antitrust Acts), and Title 15 US Chapter 50, Section 2302, it is ILLEGAL for an equipment manufacturer to void a warranty due to the usage of a remanufactured or compatible imaging supply.
Federal law prohibits any company or person from requiring you to purchase only their product. The Federal Trade Commission protects your right as a consumer to purchase the product or service of your choice. Q: Is the print quality the same as using a brand new cartridge?
A: YES IT IS! We do not use "universal inks" where one ink fits all. We utilize over 160 cartridge specific toners and inks, scientifically formulated to meet the high quality standards that you expect.

Q: Do PrinterGreen,LLC™ remanufactured and compatible cartridges print as many pages as original cartridges?
A: Yes they do. The are filled to the same level as the original cartridges. In fact, in some cases we are able to increase the capactiy of the cartridge fill and therefore increase the page yield.

Q: Will using Chesapeake Cartridge Company inkjet and toner cartridges affect the longevity of my printer?
A: No they will not. Using our remanufactured and compatible cartridges have absolutely no affect on the longevity of your printer. It will however, help you save quite a bit of money during that time.
